Lake Tahoe 2012

The Harper Family's annual trip to Lake Tahoe was the week of the 4th of July this year.  This is the 5th year Trevor has gone.  It was a great week.  Trevor got to spend a ton of time with his cousins, Bella and Natalie. Not to mention we did a bunch of super duper fun things!!

We went rafting down the Truckee river!
We played on the beach!!
We watched fireworks by the lake!!
We went minature golfing!!
We went to Reno to play at Circus Circus!!

We hung out with 2nd cousins, Elsie, Georgia, and Hank (and we tye-died shirts for the 4th of July)

Swim Lessons

Most of the month of June was spent at Jan Thomas Swim School.  (The same place I learned to swim as a child)  This place is amazing!  Worth every penny.  Miss Holly was fantastic and in 10 lessons, Trevor went from being a kid who wouldn't put his head under the water, to being able to jump off the diving board and swim all the way across the pool.  Yahoo!!!

Bumble Bee Graduation

Trevor officially graduated from the Bumble Bee class at Bluffview Preschool this week.  They had a little ceremony where the kids sang songs and said their name into the microphone, followed by Open House in his classroom.  It was adorable.

Tee Time

A few weeks ago, Brad took Trevor to the driving range.  Papa bought him the bag and Brad bought him the clubs.  He's the cutest golfer I've ever seen :)

Sugar Pine Railroad

On Memorial Day, we decided to take a trip up towards Yosemite and visit the Sugar Pine Railroad.  Trevor had gone a few years ago...but we knew he'd love it sooo much more now.  It did not disappoint!  We had a blast!

Glory Days

Brad's 1996 Valley Championship baseball team got inducted into the Madera Athletic Hall of Fame.  Brad got to relive his glory days for a breif night and the dinner/induction ceremony was pretty neat!

I'm a goin' fishin'

Our good friends, Nate and Kristin, took us out fishing a couple weekends ago.  Trevor loved it!  Plus he caught like 10 fish.  It was so much fun.  He's been talking about it ever since!
