Easter

On Easter morning, we went to Auntie Jess and Uncle Matt's house for brunch. (Why did I not take any pictures??)  Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Harper's house for Linner.(lunch/dinner).  Trevor had a blast hunting for eggs with his cousins.  We also kicked off Trevor's birthday tour 2012 at their house since they'll be out of town for his actual birthday.

This is the note he left for the Easter bunny, along with some carrots and an egg he dyed.  He said (I wrote): "I love you Easter Bunny.  I will see you next year.  P.S.-Trevor's birthday is going to be soon"
The Easter bunny delivered...too much!  A garden grow kit, sand toys, a Caillou video, a Disneyland cup and some goodies to eat.
Easter hunting with Bella and Natalie.
 Trev, mom, and dad
Birthday time!  He got a croquet set from Grandma and Grandpa!
Waiting for icecream cake.(sweaty, hot, and ready to eat)
Singing Happy Birthday and getting ready to blow out some candles on his Mickey Cake.  We're headed to Disneyland for his actual birthday this weekend.  We gave him the choice: Birthday party or Disneyland.  He chose Disney :)

Dying Eggs

Trevor and Mommy had a lot of fun over spring break.  We dyed eggs together.  This age is soooo fun!  He's a minature adult and could tell me how to dye the eggs.

Fun times with Friends

Landon, Reece, and Hayden came to hang out with Trevor yesterday.  They had a blast eating candy, decorating cookies, having an egg hunt, eating more candy, and flying kites.

Hanford by Train

After years of hearing about the great little Amtrack trip of Fresno to Hanford and then a short walk to the famous Superior Dairy, we finally did it.  It took 2 trys and some tears, but we made it.  It was so much fun!  The first day, we got to the station early, waited for an hour with hoards of people trying to take the Amtrack on vacation, only to find out the a freight train got in an accident on the track and the Amtrack train was delayed.  Soooo....we tried again the following day.  It was a success!  Trevor loved every minute of it.  The ice cream was AHHHH-Mazing!  Such a fun way to spend a day on Spring Break!

Day 1.....
This is how Trevor spent 99% of the train ride.

This is the 'smallest' scoop you can order! (cone plus bowl= one scoop)

Trevor's First Pet

Nana and Papa promised to get Trevor a goldfish.  This "first pet" idea quickly turned into 2 goldfish.  (which I'd much rather spring for rather than an animal that required a real life-long comitment.  I'm sure by next year this initial pet investment will develop into something more life long.)  Trevor ran out of his room at 6:20 this morning shouting, "It's goldfish day, It's goldfish day!" He even told them "Night Night" before bed.

Introducing: Caillou and Curious George (the goldfish)

St. Patty's Day

The "Ep-er-caun" came to Trevor's preschool and he LOVED it.  So...he of course had to visit our house too on St. Patrick's Day.

The 12th anniversary of my 21st bday :)

I turned 33...sounds more than a year older than 32.  Thirty-two is still so close to 30. Thirty three...not so much!  I did have a great day!  My class had a little party for me. I went to dinner with the family at Cheesecake Factory.  I got a new pair of Toms and some shopping money and all was well.  Cheers!
